5. Princess Luna or Nightmare Moon~

I absolutely love Luna! She's beautiful and hilarious, and her "royal Canterlot voice" makes me laugh very hard. She's also absolutely gorgeous! 

4. Applejack~

This honest and resourceful pony is amazing. She's sweet and athletic, and I adore her! Her cowgirl accent is really great!

3. Screwball~

Even though this background pony never talks, she won my heart in "The Return of Harmony Part Two". Her curly, weird mane, her hypnotic eyes, and her cutie mark makes me laugh every time. 

2. Octavia~

Oh my Luna, I love Octavia so much! She never talks, but her calm and dignified pose and personality makes me squeal whenever she appears. 

1. Fluttershy~

... If you don't know that I love Fluttershy, you don't know me. Her sweet, shy personality, her love of animals and nature, her kindness, all contribute to an amazing and sweet pony. She's pretty and cute, and I love her singing voice and her regular voice as well!
